What is a concierge practice?

A Concierge Wellness Practice is designed to be an exclusive service, which provides better client care. In this model individuals pay a monthly fee to have access to next level care with numerous perks that traditional therapy does not afford.

Rather than being limited to a one hour session, individuals experience ongoing support and individualized attention. Customized wellness plans are developed, which can include all Every Girl Living offers. Fees reflect how many hours an individual wants to reserve in the therapist or life coach's schedule.

Once you become a member, you should have access to your therapist with 48 hours.

Our Providers

What is a Client Liaison?

Our Client Liaisons support you in all matters related to your experience at Every Girl Living. They will plan and schedule monthly meetings with you. It is their job to ensure you are able to access all of our services and follow-up to solve any problems or issues that may arise. They coordinate your appointments with our therapists and coaches plus send you appointment reminders.  The client liaison will guide you through the onboarding process, including assist in paperwork, scheduling and any other else you may need help to address.

How often will I meet with a provider?

Initially, you will have a consultation call with the therapist and your assigned client liaison. During this call, the team will discuss your problems, goals, and intentions. Based on your answers, they'll come up with an initial plan for you. You may decide to meet with your provider, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Most of our clients see a psychotherapist two times a month for 60 minutes. Then as a part of their wellness plan, they attend Soul Bourn, Glow Flow Yoga and other events.

Our comprehensive treatment model is designed for women committed to working with us for at least 3 months or longer.

What kinds of therapists work for EGL?

All of our therapists are licensed mental health therapists in the State of Florida. They have had additional training in treating trauma. Some of our therapists have additional certification and specialities in such areas as insomnia, relationships, etc.

What therapeutic techniques do EGL providers use?

Our primary therapeutic approach is mindfulness-based cognitive therapy modalities.

We incorporate an integrative approach to treatment, which means we take into consideration your emotional, behavioral, cognitive, physical, social, and spiritual aspects when developing your wellness plan.

How do I cancel my Membership?

Your authorization for services will remain in effect until you cancel it in writing. You can email your Client Liaison to request a cancellation.  We request you notify your Client Liaison in writing of any changes in your account information or termination of your authorization at least 30 days prior to the next billing date.

You will be contacted within a few days of notification to complete an exit interview.

Once your cancellation has processed, you can have access to your records by request.

Can I use my insurance?

Yes! However, insurance will only cover mental health counseling.

Every Girl Living is in network with Aetna and United Health Care (UHC). If you use Aetna or UHC, we will bill them separately using a company called Headway. If you participate in our other services, you can pay for our Cultivate Plan ($79) and access everything we offer.

If you have all other insurance plans, we will provide you a special receipt called a superbill that you would submit to your insurance for reimbursement.  In most cases, your insurance will reimburse you between 20-80% (depending on your insurance and plan) of the fee once your deductible is met. Our individual counseling rate is $150 per session. We recommend you become a member and choose one of our plans. Your superbill would show $150 per session minus your discounted membership price.

To determine your coverage, you may contact your insurer and ask the following questions?

  • Do I have out of network mental health benefits? If so, how many sessions am I allowed per year?
  • What is my deductible and is there a separate deductible for mental health care?
  • What is the cost if I see an out-of-network provider and what is the copay/coinsurance?
  • Is there a limit on the number of sessions that you will cover?
  • What is the reimbursement for the following procedure codes? 90832 Individual psychotherapy, 30 minutes, 90834 Individual psychotherapy, 45 minutes, 90837 Individual psychotherapy, 60 minutes, 90853 Group psychotherapy

Can I use my FSA/HSA?

Using your FSA/HSA is as easy as paying with a credit card. When you get your invoice, just use your card. If you need a receipt, just ask and we will provide you with a receipt with the required codes and other information.
