What we offer

Our psychotherapists are Christians clinically trained and licensed with the State of Florida and able to integrate Christian faith into treatment.​ We integrative mindfulness-based psychotherapy to treat a range of disorders, such as depression, anxiety, trauma and mood-related issues.  We also help women who are dealing with grief, life changes, life purpose/balance, self-esteem, body issues and relationships (such as divorce/affair recovery).

Life Coaching

Our life coaches partner with you to develop a relationship based on mutual respect, trust, and appreciation. They'll use powerful questions to get you to think deeper and come up with different ideas.  They're trained to listen to key issues that will help you discover solutions. You'll set goals and be encouraged to find new ways of addressing situations.

This is our women's group coaching circle designed to help women fulfill their purpose and live out their calling.  It's for any woman who wishes to gain self-compassion, increase confidence and create a more balanced life. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month at 6:30 PM.

Join Carissa as she guides you in a simple 15-minute mindful awareness meditation every Saturday morning at 8:30 AM. It will help you focus on being aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment. As you practice this meditation you'll discover ways to relax your body and mind and help reduce stress.

Glow Flow Yoga
Glow Flow Yoga

Definition of ​​​GLOW (verb): shine with a soft light; show strong and happy emotion. To glow is to shine with light. Glow Flow Yoga joins the mind and physical body with the breath. You'll experience a radiance of light as you move through sequences involving breath awareness, mind-body connections as well as self-compassion. Beginners welcome!
